1.2: Anthemion Live provides infrastructure for invite-only live audio rooms hosted by Artists. Artists are account holders. Listeners and listeners do not create accounts and access rooms solely via invite links.

1.3: We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Information We Collect

2.1: We collect personal data that is either provided directly to us or collected automatically through use of the Platform.

2.2 Artist Data (Account Holders): If you register as an Artist, we may collect:

  • Identity Data: Email address and optional display or stage name.
  • Profile Data: Biography, profile image, and social links.
  • Account Data: Authentication details and room creation history.
  • Payment Data: Room fee transactions processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Communications Data: Support messages and correspondence.

2.4 Listener and Guest Data (Invite-Based Access): If you access a room as a listener or guest, we may collect limited data:

  • Email Address: Collected when you RSVP or receive a room access link.
  • Access Metadata: Room ID, access timestamps, and basic device information.

2.6: Listeners and guests do not create accounts, do not have profiles, and are not billed by Anthemion Live.

2.7 Data Collected Automatically: We may automatically collect:

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, and session duration.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Location Data: Approximate country-level location inferred from IP address.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated usage insights via analytics providers.

  • Artists: Guest email addresses may be visible to the hosting Artist for the purpose of managing invitations and communication.

5.2: Where applicable, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6.2: Artist account data is retained for the duration of the account and a limited period thereafter. Listener and guest email addresses are retained only as long as necessary to provide room access, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
