1.1 Unique Name Requirement: Your registered stage name must be unique on the Platform and must not infringe on any third-party rights.

1.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register as an Artist.

1.3 Stripe Account: To receive payouts, you must create and maintain a connected Stripe account.

2.1 Artist Retains Ownership: You retain full ownership of all uploaded content, including music, videos, logos, artwork, and streams.

2.2 License Grant to Anthemion Live: By uploading content, you grant Anthemion Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use your content solely for promoting you, your concerts, and operating the Platform. This license ends when the content is removed or the agreement terminates.

2.3 Non-Exclusivity: You may sell tickets and host concerts on other platforms or your own channels simultaneously.

3.1 Ticket Revenue: Anthemion Live collects the full ticket price (including fees) and holds the Artist's revenue share in trust.

3.2 Payout Schedule: Payouts are made approximately seven (7) days after the concert concludes via Stripe.

3.3 Financial Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, duties, and mandatory financial obligations.

4.1 Digital Concert Focus: Anthemion Live is designed for digital concerts. You are responsible for the technical quality and delivery of your streams.

4.2 Liability and Indemnification: You are responsible for all costs, fees, or liabilities related to your events and agree to indemnify Anthemion Live from claims arising from your content.

4.3 Content Warranties: You warrant that you have all rights and permissions to upload, stream, and sell your content.

5.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by UK law.

5.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration: All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.

5.3 Waiver of Class Action: You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or arbitration.

6.1 Termination by Artist: You may terminate your account if all concerts have concluded and financial obligations are settled.

6.2 Termination by Anthemion Live: We may terminate or suspend your profile for violations, including intellectual property infringement or failure to comply with payout requirements.
