These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "user") and Anthemion Live, Ltd. ("Anthemion Live," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Anthemion Live Platform for viewing digital concerts and purchasing tickets.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

1.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account and use the Platform.

1.2 User Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address for all official communications. Providing your full name is optional.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct: You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to purchase tickets or engage in bulk purchasing behavior that restricts fair access for others.

2.1 Pricing and Fees: Artists set their own ticket prices. Anthemion Live charges a non-refundable service fee for processing, platform maintenance, and customer support.

2.2 Digital Access: A purchased ticket grants temporary, non-exclusive access to the specified concert stream or content, typically limited to one device per ticket.

2.3 No Resale: Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale unless we grant written permission.

3.1 Artist Cancellation: If an Artist cancels a concert, you will receive a refund of the ticket price. Our platform service fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

3.2 User-Initiated Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, technical issues on your end, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with content quality.

3.3 Processing: Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4.1 Our Content: The Platform’s design, software, branding, and interface elements are owned by Anthemion Live, Ltd. and protected under UK and international copyright laws.

4.2 Artist Content: All music, videos, and imagery remain the property of the Artist or their licensors. You may not copy, download, record, or redistribute Artist content for commercial or public use.

5.1 "As Is" Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

5.2 UK Liability Limit: To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Anthemion Live, Ltd. and its employees, officers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

6.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.

6.3 Waiver of Class Action: You agree that all claims must be brought individually, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
